Andy Warhol – Ai Weiwei Exhibit at The National Gallery of Victoria

A few months back I was lucky enough to have found time to go to the Andy Warhol – Ai Weiwei Exhibit at The National Gallery of Victoria with my sister. This was one of the few moments where our love and appreciation for art drew us closer together.

Warhol and Weiwei are two of the most significant artists of the twentieth and the twenty-first century. This exhibit, a collaboration with NGV and The Andy Warhol Museum presented more than 300 modern and contemporary pieces across different artistic platforms.

Other than art, this exhibit celebrated other aspects of life – including multiculturalism and politics.

Some photos I’ve taken can be seen below. Enjoy!
